What we collect and why
Stripe collects the name, email, payment information and any billing information requested at checkout. Mum Hustle uses the purchase email, Stripe order and payment references, payment/refund/dispute status, consent records and delivery status to fulfil and support your purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We process order and support information to perform our contract; accounting records to meet legal obligations; and proportionate security, duplicate-delivery and dispute records for our legitimate interests in protecting customers and running a reliable service. Without a valid email and successful payment, we cannot deliver the kit.
Browsing and the free lesson
The free lesson keeps your exercise answers only in the current page state and does not submit them to us. If you separately tick the email signup box and submit the form, we collect your email, optional first name, signup time, source and any campaign tags in the link. We use those details on the basis of your consent to keep a Mum Hustle email list for practical online business tips and occasional Starter Kit information. You can read the lesson without signing up and withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; marketing messages will also provide an unsubscribe route. This list is separate from purchases: buying the kit does not sign you up. Base44 hosts the site and processes technical request information such as IP address, browser information and access/security logs. Essential browser storage supports application settings and authentication when used. We have not added an advertising pixel or optional analytics script. Payment-provider and hosting-platform technologies may also be used when you interact with those services.
Who receives information
Stripe processes payments, payment security, refunds and disputes; it also has its own legal obligations and privacy notice at https://stripe.com/privacy. Base44 provides the website, server functions, protected order records and private file storage; see https://base44.com/privacy-policy and https://base44.com/dpa. Resend receives the purchase email address and order-email content, including your private access link, to send transactional email; see https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy and https://resend.com/legal/dpa. Messages you send to support are handled by our support inbox service and authorised staff. We may share necessary records with professional advisers, regulators or authorities where legally required. We do not sell customer personal information.
International processing
These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published data-processing terms describe safeguards for restricted transfers, including applicable adequacy arrangements and contractual safeguards with UK provisions where required. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
Retention
Order, contract, consent and accounting records are normally retained for six years after the end of the relevant accounting period, or longer if required for a legal duty or unresolved dispute. General support correspondence is normally retained for up to two years after the last substantive contact, unless it is needed for an order or legal claim. We review marketing-list records after two years without interaction and remove or re-confirm them where appropriate; an unsubscribe or withdrawal stops marketing and a minimal suppression record may be kept to honour it. Delivery records help us confirm supply, prevent duplicates and handle access problems. Temporary access links have limited validity; the original customer link expires after 90 days and individual storage links after 60 seconds. Provider security and operational logs follow the providers' applicable retention arrangements. We review records and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent where consent is the basis; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. These rights have legal exceptions, including records we must retain. Contact the address above; we may ask for proportionate identity verification. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. Buying the kit does not sign you up for marketing.
Automated checks and changes
The delivery system automatically checks payment, consent and access-link validity to release the files and block unpaid, refunded or disputed access. Contact support for human review if a check prevents access to your purchase. We do not use this process to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. This notice applies to Mum Hustle and may be updated when the service changes; the date below identifies this version.
