What you are buying
The Mum Hustle Digital Income Starter Kit is a one-off digital download in English: a 21-page field guide covering eight sections, a 28-page workbook, a 10-page library of 40 AI prompts, a 12-page 30-day action plan, 12 editable text templates, text versions of the prompts and plan, a read-me and licence. It is delivered in one ZIP file. You need an internet connection, ZIP extraction, a PDF reader and a text editor. No paid reading software is required. It does not include coaching, a video course, a software subscription, advertising, a customer list or a ready-made business.
Price and ordering
The total price is £99 GBP, paid once. There is no subscription or separate delivery charge. The seller is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT. Optional third-party tools, advertising, payment fees for your own business and your own business taxes are separate. Stripe handles payment. Review your product, price and email address before pressing Pay; correct any errors first. Your order and our contract are confirmed when payment is successfully completed. We send an order confirmation and access instructions to the email entered at checkout. If you entered the wrong address or received no email, contact support with your receipt; do not pay again.
Delivery and access
After successful payment is verified, we send a private download link by email. Access depends on successful payment and the consent described below. If delivery is delayed or fails, contact support and we will investigate and provide the purchased files or an appropriate remedy. The original link lasts 90 days from purchase. Download and save your files; your licence to use your saved copy does not expire merely because the link expires. Contact support with your receipt if you need help after link expiry. This purchase covers the supplied edition, not a promise of future updates.
Immediate supply and cancellation
Before paying you must expressly request digital supply during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel because you changed your mind once supply begins. We record that consent and include it in your confirmation email. Before supply begins, you may cancel within 14 days of the contract by emailing or writing to the contact above with a clear cancellation statement. You may use, but do not have to use: “I cancel my contract for the Mum Hustle Digital Income Starter Kit, ordered on [date], order reference [reference], name [name], purchase email [email].” If immediate supply has not been validly agreed or the required acknowledgement was not obtained, your applicable cancellation rights remain. This clause never removes your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Problems, refunds and complaints
The digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for a purpose made known and accepted where the law requires. Contact support if a file is faulty, incomplete, inaccessible or misdescribed. Where you are entitled to a remedy, we will provide repair or replacement within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, or a price reduction or refund where required by law. Refunds due are returned to the original payment method without a refund fee and within applicable statutory deadlines. We do not offer a separate money-back guarantee based on sales or income results. If a complaint remains unresolved, tell us what happened and the outcome you seek; statutory rights and access to the courts remain unaffected.
Licence
The included LICENCE.txt forms part of these terms. You may download and keep the kit for your own use, print your own working copies, and adapt its editable templates for your own business. You may use what you learn to create your own original work. You may not resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the original kit, PDFs, prompts or unaltered templates, or claim that the kit includes master resale rights. Do not upload the complete kit to public libraries or shared resale bundles. Respect third-party rights and check all facts and claims before publishing your own work.
Educational purpose and responsibility
The kit is educational material, not a job offer, investment, business opportunity with guaranteed returns, or legal, tax or financial advice. No income, profit, sales, follower count or time to a first sale is promised. Examples are fictional teaching exercises. Results depend on demand, skills, execution, time, costs and other factors. You may earn nothing or make a loss. AI outputs can be wrong; you must review them and protect confidential information.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. English law applies, while mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction remain available. Changes to future editions or prices do not retrospectively change an accepted order. Keep your confirmation email and this version of the terms.
